SAMUEL LAM

Samuel has 13 years of F&B industry experience in the public and private sectors. He has a degree in Food Science. His professional certification includes TÜV SÜD Singapore Certified Management Consultant (SCMC) with accreditation by Enterprise Singapore and he is a WSQ ACTA certified trainer with PDPC-IAPP Practitioner Certificate for Personal Data Protection. Samuel works passionately with his clients to streamline  processes and generate impactful interventions to close critical efficiency gaps. Guided by lean manufacturing methodologies, he enables clients to innovate and transform their businesses to deliver tangible benefits and significant growth. He has project-managed cross-disciplinary teams and executed over 100 productivity improvement projects. The nature of projects cuts across various functional areas, with a core focus to reduce operational bottlenecks and manpower reliance to achieve scalability.
